A Complete Software and Hardware Solution
Our OMS solution is comprised of both software and hardware components.
Our hardware component, the INTEG JNIOR
310 (right), collects data (digital, analog, serial) from any
machine or device on your plant floor and sends it to the OMS server
via the Ethernet network. The OMS server then displays the data via
your web browser so employees can make better decisions and ultimately
improve the productivity of your plant. All components are developed
by INTEG to ensure compatibility, scalability, and reliability.
Simple Configuration and Easy to Use
Equipped with web-based configurations screens and a user-friendly
interface, OMS makes data monitoring simple and efficient.
Connection to ANY machine
Our JNIOR device
can collect data from almost ANY source, including very old machines.
Even newer machines that have minimal automation or no network connection
can easily link their Key Performance Indicators to OMS with the
JNIOR. The data is transferred from the JNIOR to
the OMS server, and then from the OMS server to the web-based user
screens or your MES/ERP system. That way, we bring most real
world data to the enterprise.
Wireless Option
Machine operators have enough on their minds to worry
about tripping over piles of cables. That is why our wireless network
option is an elegant solution that provides the same functionality,
while reducing the clutter created by extra cables.
Full SQL database support
Our OMS solution supports the SQL standard: An easy-to-understand
language and comprehensive data management tool.
