The KPI data is stored on the JNIOR and made available for viewing from web-based screens anywhere on your network or the Internet.  The screens show you the machine production (pieces per minute) for the shift, and machine availability and productivity percentages on an 24-hour rolling basis, 7 day rolling basis, monthly basis and annual basis.  All the data is stored in CSV formatted files for easy export and use with other applications.  

To utilize the INTEG KPI system on the JNIOR platform, simply connect the following signals at a minimum:

• Machine Available (Running)
• Machine Producing
• Pieces Made
