In addition to all the standard and extra software features included
with each JNIOR, the following software products are available for
purchase from INTEG. The products can be used for a variety of
stand alone applications or for integrating the JNIOR into larger applications.
Key Performance Indicator Monitor (KPI)
The INTEG KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Monitoring System puts you in touch with your equipment. Production
rates, machine availability, machine utilization, machine status
and maintenance reminders can all be made available for viewing
in real-time and on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. KPI
quickly puts you in touch with the information you need to
make the most of your equipment.
The INTEG Utility Usage Monitor allows
you to monitor any utility meter – gas, electric,
water, steam, etc. - and accumulate pulses from the totalizing
meter to view consumption on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly
and yearly basis via a web screen served by the JNIOR. No
other system needed. Instantaneous flow values can also
be viewed and trended.
Data Buffer runs on the JNIOR to
store I/O data in immutable memory and acts as a ‘data
pump’ for extraction by Data Collector running on a PC. A
PC-based software console allows the user to configure the
amount and frequency of data to be collected and adjust the
transfer rate from instantaneous to a scheduled time frequency.
Data Collector is a PC service
that receives data from one or many JNIORs in an efficient
manor from Data Buffer. Data collector then writes to
an SQL database and/or CSV files.
The JNIOR Management Server is
a PC based application that allows you (or INTEG) to monitor
and manage all of your JNIORs no matter where they are located. Each
JNIOR is configured to ‘phone home’ so that its
health (memory usage and program status) can be monitored,
registry configuration settings viewed and modified, software
updates implemented, logs reviewed and files transferred. JNIOR
Management Server is firewall friendly allowing JNIORs to be
monitored on local networks as well as from remote locations
over the Internet.
OMS is a real-time performance
management system capable of handling data acquisition, data
monitoring and data analysis and is designed to improve the
productivity of manufacturing plants. The system links
to your existing production equipment on the plant floor, and
provides detailed, live information about the production process.
