sector can benefit from the high value features offered in our JNIOR
connectivity solution and other related software tools. Whether
your needs are in networking equipment, data acquisition, equipment
monitoring or system integration, look to INTEG to provide you with
quality products.
INTEG’s JNIOR product line and associated software tools fill
the gap between the traditional PLC, basic I/O modules and data acquisition
systems saving you time, money and the risk of modifying legacy systems. The
JNIOR is a perfect fit when you need to get a handful of I/O onto
the Ethernet network for monitoring and control or for integration
with another application. Industries can include:
- Industrial Automation
- Security
- Educational
- Transportation
- Building Automation
- Utilities
- Retail
- Data Centers
OEMs and Custom Solutions
INTEG realizes that all not applications are created equally and
some require custom solutions. OEMs, in particular, may find
great benefit in having a product made for them based on our core
technology, but adapted to meet their specific needs. This
allows them to achieve a cost savings as well target the product
functionality.
Take it from industry leaders that utilizing the JNIOR is easy to
install and configure and provides seamless integration with business
or process control applications. A partial listing of our customers
and their applications, includes:
- Eastman Kodak utilizes a JNIOR I/O system to enable next
generation cinema systems by using the JNIOR platform to monitor
and control legacy theater project systems.
- New York Daily News utilizes an INTEG Asset Management System
to optimize their ink tank system for their printing presses by
monitoring the ink tank level for 6 tanks, alerting the operators
of potential overflow conditions and electronically notifying their
ink supplier of low tank levels to receive ink deliveries just
in time.
- Verari Systems utilizes an INTEG Asset Management System
to monitor and control up to 132 motherboards in their Blade Servers
allowing the user to remotely interact with individual or groups
of motherboards, and monitor and alarm rack temperatures and fan
speeds.
- S&Z Tool & Die utilizes a JNIOR I/O system to integrate
their tool and die machines to manage their piece production and
optimize maintenance.
- Lucent Technologies utilizes multiple JNIOR I/O systems
to monitor and test amplifiers using the JNIOR VI for LabVIEW.
- Shasta.com is an Internet service provider that utilizes
an INTEG Asset Management System to monitor and reset network servers
located in a remote, unmanned location keeping them up and running
saving labor and reducing downtime.
- US Steel utilizes multiple JNIOR I/O systems to monitor
grinding machines to determine equipment utilization using the
JNIOR OPC Server and Citect user interface package.
